Today we’re going to touch on some of the neighbourhoods in Stony Plain. Each is unique, and has their own sense of community in this beautiful town.
Westerra offers a variety of housing options, primarily consisting of single-family homes and half-duplexes.
The area is surrounded by over22 acres of environmental reserve with mature trees. Residents have access to an outdoor rink, which is used for street hockey and basketball during the summer.
Memorial Composite High School is within walking distance.
Meridian Heights is an established neighbourhood in Stony Plain that dates back to the 1970’s. It features a diverse mix of housing, including single-detached homes, condos, and townhouses. Rotary Park borders the neighbourhood and offers walking paths, jogging trails, and open green spaces.
The Stony Plain Golf Course is also a short drive away. Residents have easy access to a nearby grocery store and are a leisurely walk from the shops on Main Street in downtown Stony Plain. The area is home to Meridian Heights School, which offers English and French Immersion programs for students in kindergarten through ninth grade
The Graybriar neighbourhood in Stony Plain, Alberta, is a quiet community located on the Stony Plain Golf Course, offering a variety of housing options and access to green spaces and walking paths. Situated on the western edge of town, it is convenient for residents commuting to Edmonton or nearby Spruce Grove.
Graybriar features a mix of housing, including detached single-family homes, townhouses, and carriage-style condos. Some adult-living options and condominium communities, such as Graybriar Greens and Briarwood Village are also located here
