82 homes sold, with an average sale price of $497000 dollars, and an average of 46 days on market. Year over year, spruce grove is up 5% in sold prices, comparing 2024 to 2025

Single family home sales in Stony Plain for September 

22 homes sold, with an average sale price of $447000 dollars and an average of 27 days on market. Year over year, stony plain is up 10% in sold prices, comparing 2024 to 2025

And Parkland County acreages for September 

49 country residential properties sold, with an average sale price of $774000 and an average of 49 days on market. Year over year, Parkland County is up 13% in sold prices, comparing 2024 to 2025

For year over year sales pricing, it has been a percentage gain. But as we move into fall things are shifting.
